Jay is a Sr Executive in AI/ML Infrastructure & Data Center leader at Google with over 15+ years of Tech industry experience & the Chief Technology & Marketing Evangelist @HealthWatchers with a Master in Telecommunications from George Mason University Virginia.

Dr. Pamela Shields, PT, Dip.MDT, OCS

 

Dr Pamela Shields completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University. She has over 25 years of experience and has advanced level of training in the Mckenzie Method and is one of the 500 clinicians globally to have completed that. She is also a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) by APTA. She truly enjoys helping her patients return to an active life that they have always wanted and has completed her certification in Yoga. In addition, she is also a mom to her three kids and enjoys spending time with her friends & family!

Dr. Elizabeth "Betsy" Scudder, DPT, Cert.MDT

 

Dr. Elizabeth ("Betsy") Scudder has been a licensed physical therapist since 1986. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Illinois Health Sciences Center in Chicago, IL, Betsy moved to Northern Virginia. Betsy is a Certified MDT provider by Mckenzie Institute USA and has completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Virginia Commonwealth University. Betsy's work as a PT has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of her life, in addition to being a wife, mother and now grandmother; a college volleyball player and middle/high school coach, and a cycling enthusiast.  Betsy has a passion for empowering post-menopausal women with health & wellness practices for enhanced health span.

Yogita Suryawanshi is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in Graphic Design. She loves reading and creating personal art work. She is our Office Assistant and is always happy to help you!
